Sacramento is known as the "Farm-to-Fork" capital! We have a large variety of local restaurants taking advantage of the abundance of agriculture in the Central Valley. As with any mid-to-large sized city, we have a wide variety of fast food and large chain restaurants, so if that is more in line with what you are interested in, you will not be disappointed and should have no difficulty finding something. If you would like to have a more local experience and try out some restaurants that you can only find in Sacramento, we think you will enjoy it.
